Privacy policy

This policy explains, in plain terms, how the Matuto S.A website handles the personal data of visitors and of people who request a show quote, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD).
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the data is Matuto S.A, represented by Alexandre Johansen Gomes. For any privacy matter, write to [email protected].
What data we collect
- Show request: name, WhatsApp, email, city and state, event date, type of event, expected audience and the message you write. Only name, WhatsApp, email, city and type of event are required.
- WhatsApp conversation: if you tap a WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp app itself, with the number you use there.
- Technical access data: like any website, the server receives information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
The website does not use analytics, advertising or first-party cookies.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your request, prepare the quote and arrange the show. We do not sell or lend your data, and we do not use it to send advertising.
Legal basis
We process the request data because it is necessary for pre-contractual steps taken at your request (article 7, item V, of the LGPD). That is why the form does not ask for separate consent.
Who we share data with
We use a few services to run the website. They process data on our behalf or display content inside the page:
- Web3Forms: receives the form and sends the request by email.
- Google (Gmail): the inbox where requests arrive.
- Cloudflare: hosting and protection of the website.
- YouTube (Google): shows the clip excerpt at the top of the page.
- Spotify: shows the album player, only if you tap “Show the Spotify player here”.
When you open links to Instagram, YouTube, Spotify or press articles, the privacy policy of those websites applies.
Data outside Brazil
These services may store or process data in other countries, such as the United States, under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The website itself does not set cookies. Third-party players do:
- YouTube (clip at the top): may set cookies such as YSC and VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, which YouTube uses to run the player and for statistics. If your device has reduced motion or data saver turned on, the clip is not loaded.
- Spotify (only if you open the player): may set cookies such as sp_t and sp_landing.
You can delete or block third-party cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep data
Requests are kept for up to 1 year and then deleted. If the show is booked, we keep the data needed for the contract for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for: confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability and information about who your data was shared with (article 18 of the LGPD). Just write to [email protected]. We reply within 15 days.
If you believe your rights were not respected, you can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (gov.br/anpd).
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the form is protected against bots, and only the Matuto S.A team can access the accounts where requests arrive.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
